Hi Everyone - Lots of new developments since last time.

For a start - the latest HIVE QUEST DEMO is now available for download HERE

Let Yuna the guide show the way, explore the magic of the Old Orchard and start your journey by establishing your first Hive.

There are lots of new additions and things to discover in the Old Orchard in this demo version including new challenges, improved game play and a little one on one time with your pet creature, The Shrublet.

Also - Hive Quest has a new promo vid showing lots of different aspects of the game - hope you like it!

Also, it was suggested recently that a road map for Hive Quest development would be a good idea, just to let fans know what to expect in the future. TBH there's a shed load of crazy ideas floating around right now but here's a few keepers -

Creature pets - Right now the poor Shrublet is the only pet. This is going to change though as a range of different creatures become available, each with different powers. These pets will be able to fight each other. (Pet suggestions welcome! Toadstool pet anyone?)

Game Levels - The Hive Quest Steam Early Access release will consist of the first two levels (The Old Orchard & The Deep Woods) with more to soon follow.

Warfare - Though not featured in the Demo version, the different enemy hives in each level will be an active threat. The aim is for the player to eliminate these threats by destroying or taking them over (or die trying!). This can be achieved through subterfuge (magic spells and neat tricks like sabotage) or through outright confrontation between skirmish groups.

MOre cRazy puzzles and character encounters - there are quite a few of these already built into the Old Orchard that don't feature in the current demo - these will be finalised for the Early Access release.

That's (most of) the road map for now, in the meantime, enjoy discovering the new demo and all the strange shenanigans in the Wild Woods and please keep an eye out for THE KICKSTARTER coming soon!
